Clean! Clean! Clean! My biggest concern going to any hotel is cleanliness. No such concerns at this particular Holiday Inn. Even the pool was great, no overwhelming chemical smell or slimy floors. Breakfast served at the restaurant was also great. Very accommodating to our 2 and 6 year olds. If we find ourselves in Green Bay again, we'll be hoping this hotel had a vacancy.

Great location and updated. The room was really really nice and the hotel had it all. There is a pool, workout room, restaurant/bar. Breakfast is not always included in the rate, so double check. It's $10.00 to add and well worth it. It is a made to order breakfast. The bar had good specials and food was a good price. The staff was all great and friendly. Highly recommended!

Nice clean hotel near the airport. Good for an overnight stay near the airport or stadium. A little bit far from downtown.

Disappointed is the only thing to say. Cleaning in rooms is lacking. Cobwebs everywhere, pullout bed had crumbs, another guests personal items in drawer & hair (a sizable amount) in the shower. 

No USB plugs (not keeping w/ the times), no breakfast other than a pay lounge, a pool that my bathtub at home rivals, the check in took 15 minutes (staff claims slow computers), a untrained staff working the breakfast restaurant & a unmotivated staff who was very unwilling to actually offer any acceptable level of customer service. 

Clearly profits are number one like most businesses. Take a hard look at the many businesses that are going out. They failed to listen to their customer. 

Bottom line, this Holiday Inn is skating on the name alone. There are MANY lodging options for much less in the immediate area, that cost less & are happy to offer a better experience. 

I stay at hotels over 200 nights a year. I am disappointed in IHG. Time to focus on another operator who is willing to get w/ the times & is serious about being on top of their game.
