Story

Located in downtown De Pere on the edge of the scenic St. Norbert College campus and the Fox River, the beautiful boutique-style Kress Inn is conveniently located within walking distance of many unique shops and restaurants. This is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at. Our room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. I like that guests have access to coffee and tea in the diningroom even after breakfast hours, and also love the free home made cookies, also the wine and cheese reception in the late afternoon. Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful.

I have always enjoyed my stay here. The suites are roomy and very comfy. I love the bath and body works samples that they have as well. The staff are very friendly and do their best to take care of you!

We had stayed here several times but not since 2009. The hotel is nicely updated, the rooms are well maintained.  The bathrooms are nice. The breakfast is good and very sanitary. 
The staff is friendly and the campus is right out the front door. 
There are several good restaurants within walking distance. 
We also took the grands on a walk to see the lock. Round trip was a little over an hour. Very convenient hotel to St. Norbert's and staff was great.

The queen suite was pretty spacious and included a microwave, mini fridge, and sofa sleeper. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It's walkable to some restaurants and is on the St. Norbert's campus. Continental breakfast had a pretty good variety.

This hotel is reasonable and well appointed. The windows open in the rooms. Some rooms have sinks in addition to the bathroom. Some suites have fireplaces, and kitchen areas. The hotel adjoins St. Norbert University and is next door to a sports bar. Parking is mostly in a lot across the street but there is some next to the hotel. Breakfast is included. Free WiFi. The fitness room has an elliptical machine and a treadmill. I would definitely return here.
