This used to be one of my favorite hotels to stay in when visiting Lincoln. It has been a while since my last stay and I have to say what I saw this weekend was a huge disappointment. The hotel is starting to look very run down and dated. There were kids running in the lobby until around midnight and the rooms above my suite had children jumping and yelling until after midnight. The gentleman in the room next to me kept yelling at them to shut up, which added to the commotion. When I called the front desk (no name given when they answered) they didn't seem to concerned. Breakfast was not like it used to be either, mostly cold food and a rude woman running it. Carlos at the front desk in the morning didn't even look up at my or anyone else as we were in the lobby.  Rhonda at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating during check in...those stars are for her!!

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for 4 people to move around. Large bathroom with extra sink and counter. We used the outdoor hot tub, that was nice. The breakfast area is beautiful. The staff kept the food filled and the tables cleaned as it was a busy area. We noticed the photos above our bed were exactly the same. For how well the the rest of the place was decorated we thought that was odd. The shampoo and conditioner was low quality, the shampoo didn't even lather. So I suggest you bring your own. Over all it was a great place for the reasonable price.

I asked for a glass of ice and waitress rolled her eyes at me. She took our order and disappeared. Burgers had no seasoning and were plain and overcooked with some sauce added that wasn't in the description. Bad service and food imo I almost left a tip but when you really don't do anything then I guess $2.13hr is fitting for taking drink/food order and nothing else! Not a good 1st time visit 😕

The ad was for a hot tub indoors. It was 5 degrees and the hot tub was outside. Then they charged me twice for my room on my card and i paid cash. I will not be going back

The rooms were amazing! The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were wonderful. Very clean and spacious. Couldn't believe how affordable it was either!
