Reviews

Stayed on 1/26 and 1/27 for business purposes. The room was great, however service was mediocre on day one.  We didn't feel like a valued customer, more just like "another room number".

As we were walking out the morning of (1/27/2018), we requested fresh sheets on our beds for when we returned that evening. The young lady at the front desk put it in the computer,  and had great customer service. 

When we came back this evening, our beds were made,  however not fresh...beforewe left the room, we put a small x on the bottom cover and top cover. When we returned, the x was in the exact same place- therefore proving the sheets weren't changed. The young lady at the front desk never apologized, however brought us fresh sheets.  She then handed them to us and informed us we could change them ourselves. The hotel was fairly good until this. This one incident resulted in a 2 rating. 

Breakfast bar was great as well.

We started here for a night on our way to Arches National park.  Stay was pleasant, no issues - room was really great.  The included breakfast not so great but I wasn't expecting much to begin with.

I was pleasantly surprised at how big the suite was - quite happy with it.

I would stay there again if needed.

There's nothing like a Hampton.
I finished a 13-hour drive and saw a Hampton from the interstate. I called in after midnight so I expected to be turned away like some chain hotels, but I got a friendly answer, personal service, and great room! Fluffy, clean sheets, a large, soft bed, and a good breakfast in the morning. This hotel reminded me why I love the Hilton brand.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Quite with great bed.  Little tricky to find the driveway. With 27th Street right there easy to get anywhere in Lincoln or stop if traveling through on I80.

Great hotel. Nice rooms. Updated throughout. One drawback, our room was situated above the entrance. Why might that be a drawback? Music is piped into the entrance over hang. And for some reason during the night, the volume of the music was turned up. Where was the party? Early morning, music was not audible from our room. Upon check out, front desk staff assured me volume was not turned up in the middle of the night. Why didn't I call in the middle of the night to question the loud music? Not to disturb the sleep of husband that can sleep through anything. But not me turning on light, calling front to complain. Just remember, Hampton Inn, that speakers are outside your guest windows.
