Very affordable, freindly, helpful staff and owner. Everyone that lives and works here no matter their economic bracket in society is always, polite, willing to help, and always available when you need something done or fixed. Rich ( manager) & Bill the owner are two of the most honest, reasonable people i've met. Rooms are clean, affordable, with kitchens (most with more kitchen then you'll find elsewhere) in an environment where the other resident's keep to themselves and mind there own buissness. Wifi and cable that has never given me a problem when trying to connect to it.

This motel is truly a gem of Longmont rooms are vary affordable and the staff are really hospitable.

The place is great! Great location, nice people. As with all Inns and R.V. parks, it isnt where you live, its how you live.  I lived in the R.V. portion of the park and it was a pleasant stay, hook ups were good, private showers, and all your shopping needs within a block.

Turn and go the other way in all aspects of that saying. And if you decide to try it don't get caught up in the Bullshit in all aspects of that saying also. But  Yeah keep your eyes open 24-7. You could say  the only good thing is management has a good  heart and does I guess what he can. And  they are always watching you  literally in all aspects of that word to.
