Maximum of 2 pets per home. Weight limit for cats: 60 lbs, dogs: 60 lbs. No aggressive breeds allowed. Cats amp; Dogs 60 lbs. or under full grown. $150.00 Pet Deposit; $150.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee. $35 Pet Rent per month. Breed Restrictions: Pit Bull, Rotweiller, Chow, All Other Aggressive Breeds, Or Mixes
