For the little thing where a lot of hotels fail, this hotel exceeds. Unfortunately the main reason you would stay at a hotel, a good nights sleep, this hotel fails big time. They have sleep number beds where they are pimped all the way up and the controls are disconnected. This amounts to a bed that's like sleeping on a board, hard as a rock!  I found the tube and let some air out to make it more comfortable, but it is still a basic air bladder your sleeping on. Once you get past that, on to the morning shower. Beautiful shower with great shower head, but be prepared to dry off with sand paper. The towels have never seen fabric softener. 
These are the only 2 issues I had with the hotel, I stayed for 2 weeks, unfortunately these are the biggest 2 issues for a hotel. If it weren't for these I would gladly give 5 stars.

Very nice hotel.  Guest room was big, a double with a love seat/bed and large comfortable chair.  The shower/toilet area is small but it had a walk in shower/ no tub with great shower fixture.  Breakfast was good, pleasant, attractive and the attendant was very nice and helpful.  Location of this hotel is great...a short walk to shopping and next to an Old Chicago restaurant.  The only small complaint I have is the bed was a little too firm for my taste.  My sister thought hers was perfect.  We had a total of 5 rooms and everyone was very satisfied.  I will definitely stay in this hotel again!

I liked staying here. Nothing fancy. Spacious clean rooms. They provide a hot breakfast that was decent enough in terms of variety and availability. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very positive experience. We'd come again.

A great hotel for the price.  I've stayed here several times over the past 7 years, and it's always clean, quiet, and well maintained.  Breakfast is better than many other hotels with a nice large buffet area and eating area.  Courtyard and back of hotel are quietest rooms.

I really like staying at this hotel when I come to the Boulder area for work.  The rooms are large and roomy.  Everything works properly  The internet service has worked very well from whatever room I get when I stay.  I find that to be a very important thing when I'm working.  The rates are very good for the room that you get.  If I ever came to the area for personal reasons I'd be sure and stay at this hotel.
