Got a good deal on a used Volvo. The salesman George was very pleasant to work with. I asked to inspect the vehicle on a lift and without hesitation my wish was granted. No tricks or hidden agendas here.  Lead mechanic is also very nice. If you are in need of a new or used Volvo I wouldn’t hesitate to come here

Great service. The technicians went above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of. They even made me aware of benefits I was entitled to. I have been a repeat customer for years for those reasons.

I bought a car with a spongy brake pedal and low pads. I bought my own pads and rotors to do a swap. Unfortunately the pedal was still bad and it was Sunday. Monday morning the car would not stop. I was in a jam. I called Volvo of Tampa and while I don't remember who I spoke to she was great in getting me scheduled. I then got an update from the tow company and the ETA was AFTER my appointment block. I called again to re-schedule and they were super accommodating.

When I had the car dropped off. Not only was the service tech I spoke to nice when I was crossing the parking lot (asked if I could park where I left it) the Service department was great!!! I was there for a bit around 5 hours (I had a lot I ended up needing.) but it was a blast. Off the top of my head I spoke too.

Though I don't remember the woman I spoke to on the phone (not mentioned above) they were all fantastic. Seriously, haven't been to a dealer in years and this was the BEST experience I have had at one in all the times I HAVE been to one. I don't know the details on the sales team or the other half but the service team is great. We spoke about my polestar tune, told some lame jokes, a few dad level one liners and my car came around the corner working! (Steve let me see that T5 sometime!)

It is always a pleasure going to Volvo of Tampa Service. Their service is always great and turn around times are excellent. They do a really good job of welcoming you and setting realistic times of how long it will take to get your car back. The last time I went in, during the week, I needed a simple headlight bulb change. They had me in and out in under 30 minutes. Highly Recommend.

Customer service was completely lacking, ran insufficient diagnostics and then prescribed inappropriate and wildly expensive repairs.  Staff was argumentative and ultimately wrong, no apologies.   Vehicle was damaged in their care. Service was so extremely sub-standard that it called into question the Volvo service network and my ability to travel away from home with peace of mind.
