If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I purchased a vehicle from this dump March 1st from the Owners brother he was very polite but his brother the owner is a different story. Anyways, after taking the car home a week later my battery started giving out on me so I called them to see if they could help me out and the guy I got the car from (I think his name was Emilio or something like that) said he would get it repaired next Monday I asked him why did it have to be so far and not the next day he said he had to schedule it but that the matter would be taken care of so I told him if I bought the battery myself could I just get reimbursed he hung up on me so I called back and no answer it went straight to vm so I went anyways to auto zone because I needed my car to get to work the next day there goes $50 so I never got a call back from them and I left it alone because I knew when I went in to make my first payment I would present them with the receipt so a few days go by and I go to Walmart then my car wouldn’t shift into gear I literally stood stuck in the middle of the parking lot for 2 hrs trying to figure out a solution and wait for the tow truck that was 2 weeks into buying the car and there goes $60 for the towing service the next day I called the owner and his brother furious that I was dealing with these problems after 2 weeks of taking the car home he comes to my house to fix it by placing a zip tie on the gear shift and telling me that they would order the cap and call me when it came to have it fixed which I never got a call so I decided to call them 3 weeks later to have them tell me it’s been there but I couldn’t schedule so I started talking to my husband about this situation because supposedly $4000 went into that car but it seems like nothing was fixed the $4000 came from purchasing the car at an auction so at that point I was considering a lot but here comes the good part so it comes time to pay my monthly payment and I completely forgot so I got hit with a late fee which I can’t Deny it was my fault so I was ok with paying it so I started receiving phone calls from the owner telling me that I was late on my payment and that I needed to pay so I told him it after work because it was a Friday afternoon I was at work and didn’t get off until 6 so I would stop at the bank deposit the money and have them take it on my card and when I was ready to pay I texted the owner and asked him how much the total payment was he told me the late fee was $50 plus my biweekly payment now this isn’t my first rodeo I felt like $50 was way too much so I decided to read my contact because I honestly didn’t even remember there was a late fee and upon reading it it stated that it would be 20% so for me it was $30 NOT $50 and when I told the owner that he made a mistake he became rude yelling on the phone with an attitude telling me that I was “smart” to read the contact because he would have the car repo after the 5th day so I told him that I would pay my payment plus 20% and he continued to insult and belittle me so I asked him to lower his voice and be professional and he continued to throw smart comments lol I told him he needed to take some business classes because he clearly doesn’t know how to talk to people in a respectful manner and that I wouldn’t continue to talk to him because I didn’t do business with him it was with his brother and he got slick out the mouth again listen IDC HOW MUCH YOU SPEND ON A CAR IF YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS CLASS ACT THEN GO AHEAD BUT PLEASE BE SMART DO YOUR RESEARCH AND READ REVIEWS!!!!! I could’ve avoided all this if I would’ve listened to my own advice but I didn’t so my loss is your gain be knowledgeable and don’t rush things because I honestly regret investing $2000 plus $160 out of pocket for repairs but I have already given back the car and contacted the BBB to report his scams and unethically professionalism. The absolute worst experience I have had with a (almost) purchase. I called to see car. The man said he was going to his son's basketball game and would be back at 3pm. He was not. A short time later he came and we talked about a car on the lot. It was advertised as "mint interior and exterior", "one owner car", and a lot of other hyperbole. When we looked it over it had ripped seats, a broken off antenna, and many other imperfections. But the real shocker was when I looked it up on AutoCheck. It had 5 other owners, and had a frame problem so bad it had to have a salvage title. I told this man that he should be more honest in his sales tactics. He also told us he bought it from Toyota auctions. (no such thing). The report clearly said it was from the regular auction house and that is where they discovered all the problems. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! RIP OFF!

As the last reviewer stated, these people lie. I responded to an ad on craigslist for a car for sale "by owner". Called, asked if the guy who answered was the original owner - he said yes. Asked if it had routine maintenance - he said yes. Arranged to go look at it believing this was a private sale and arrived at the given location to discover it was a dealership. The guy I talked to on the phone was not there, but his "nephew" was. We test drove the car (had some cosmetic issues, but it was way underpriced for the make/year/model so we expected that) and liked it well enough, but not enough to purchase on the spot. The "nephew" kept up the lie the whole time that it was still really the owners "personal car," and had no big problems in its history, etc. So okay. My hubby went back by himself on a Saturday to take the car to a mechanic before we made a final decision. I told him to pull up the carfax (which the dealer wouldn't provide) before handing over the money, just to see if there was anything we needed to know. Car checked out at the mechanic, was able to talk a little off the price, so hubby bought the car. He did catch that the title they gave us had someone else's name on it, not the owner's. Hubby asked about it "thought this was the owner's personal car", was given a new story that it really belonged to the friend of the owner, and he was selling it for him as a favor. Hubby forgets carfax, comes home with newly purchased car. I pull up carfax myself - lo and behold, the car was originally purchased in Arizona, had good maintenance records for about 3 years, then nothing. 8 years later, it was sold to someone in Florida, and then sat for another year, then sold at auction here locally. So, this car changed hands three times, and was never the owner's personal car. This car was deceitfully advertised from the get go, and then employees continued to lie to us throughout the whole time we dealt with them. I'm certain they knew nothing about the actual condition of the engine or anything else like they claimed to. We don't expect used car salesmen not to say what they need to to make a sale, but we didn't go into this looking to be dealing with a dealership in the first place. Luckily we did our research on this particular car model, and had it thoroughly checked out and recognized that it was a good deal in spite of the dealership's shady tactics. Had we been less diligent, or a little less lucky, we could have easily brought home a car on its last legs or one that was even dangerous to drive. I don't believe these people care either way, as long as they have their money.
