Nice and quiet hotel. Really easy to get to from the Freeway. Parking is plentiful but it could also depend on how busy the place is. It wasn't very busy when we visited during early October. Staff was very friendly and checked us in very quickly. Rooms were nice and clean except for some spots in the carpet but nothing too concerning. We had the "stay for breakfast" package that Marriott advertises but it was a good choice. The restaurant staff was very nice and explained things well and the food was very tasty and fresh. Easy checkout also.

Rooms are nice. The mini fridge is very mini, I wish they were a little bit bigger, no microwave. Kids loved the pool, though the towels aren't much bigger than a hand towel. Next time I will bring my own. Overall a nice place, we would probably stay again.

Very disappointing stay. We have stayed on Courtyard's all over the country; this was the worst. It was 98 degrees outside when we arrived after a long day of driving. At the time of check-in no one bothered to inform us that the pool looked like pea soup and that the whirlpool was also closed down. Had we known, we would have chosen to stay elsewhere as we were looking forward to a relaxing evening using these amenities. I was also surprised to learn that not even a continental breakfast was offered when nearly every other hotel in this price range offers a full breakfast; and yes, it is my fault for not noticing this hotel is the exception in this area when I was booking.

Quick stop in Bakersfield on our way to Yosemite. The front desk staff was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Everything was well taken care of around the outside of the hotel. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the lobby. Great stay in a nice location right off the freeway. We will stay here again if in the area.

Clean and fairly modern looking rooms. I like the fact that a refrigerator was available in my king room without having to request one. Staff was extremely welcoming. Would have been nicer with more elevator access. Worth the price.
