Great stay and easy to find location. Our room was very clean, and hotel staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast selection  was awesome and the employees did a great job at making sure guests were taken care of. Check in and check out was simple. Would stay here again if in the area.

Safe attractive hotel. Linens and bed were extremely comfortable. Room and lobby were very neat and clean. Breakfast was quite similar to what I would have ordered in a restaurant. That allowed me extra time to get business done. Staff was competent, friendly  and courteous.

Room was comfortable but not without issues. Apparently some young folks were in the room the night before and they had disconnected the TV. Although it was after 8 PM, the manager came in and worked to fix the TV for almost an hour even going and getting parts and returning. At one point, he brought another TV to hook up. We finally asked him to leave and just went to bed without unwinding with TV. He was super nice offering to let us borrow a can opener from the kitchen when he overheard us saying we could not open our can goods for dinner because we left the can opener in the vehicle.  The room....comfortable with a few issues. The refrigerator was very hard to get into as it was backwards, The couch was very low and for us old ones to get up was super hard. The bed was so high we had to stand on our luggage as a step stool to get into it. There were no Kleenex but the manager also overheard that and got us some. As I said, he was in our room for almost an hour.  Breakfast was super.

I stayed in 3 holiday Inn hotels in past 7 days and all were good but this was excellent. The main lobby was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen in hotels. Rooms were great. Breakfast was amazing. Pool excellent. Friendly staff.

What a great hotel to stay at. We drove a little extra distance just to stay here and extremely excited that we did. All staff was very happy,friendly, and welcoming. They really treated us as guests. Clean!!! Very clean!!!The rooms are very nice. Free breakfast.staff members were walking around smiling and happy!!! Thank you holiday express. Happy family leaving this morning.
