Personally, I would NOT even give this hotel a star. If would of known, my family & I would of never stayed at a hotel like this. First off, check in is at 3:00pm. And check out is at 12:00pm. Whatever happened to "you can start to check in by noon"? Second, The customer service from the receptionists have a "smart-ass" attitude. Especially from their employee Beatriz. These employees are suppose to be the first face of this hotel or even go to them when there's an inquiry about the stay at the hotel; I would not think that any guests, such as myself & my family, would want to deal with this type of attitude. Also, for my preferences, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable because they were very small (4 pillows for each bed), and way to stuffed. The next morning I woke up with a horrible neck pain. Then, unfortunately for us, in the middle of the night we experienced a minor injury during our stay & needed supplies from a first aid kit. When I asked the receptionist for their first aid kit supplies all he was able to offer was one gauze. Their first aid kit was literally empty on supplies. I had to step out at 2:00am to the nearest convenience store to find alcohol pads, an extra gauze, and even a box of band-aids. Furthermore, with the stay, they offer these mini brouchers that you can get a "free breakfast meal" but only within the hours of 6:00am-9:30am. This hotel system really expects their guests to get up before 9:30am to enjoy a free meal?! Be reasonable!!... Most restaurants serve breakfast until noon!! These five complaints was what mostly ticked me off from this hotel. I'm even more upset of the fact that I can't reclaim our money back! Overall, I'd say bad choice to stay here. I highly recommend the people reading my review to really get your money's worth & don't get scammed for a cheap hotel & crappy service.

This hotel was OLD but the service was friendly, helpful, and just down right awesome. The rooms were clean and large and bathrooms were super clean. The best part was the pool area. Its like an oasis. Clean with lovely plantings and trees, plenty of shade and sun for all. One of the best places I've stayed for the money in a while.

Great place, friendly staff, clean room, good food. I would definitely consider staying there again. I will be recommending this hotel to my family and friends.

Not happy- bought the room, paid then showed up and was told I needed to give a debit card for a deposit after booking the room online!!! In this day and age with all the bank card numbers being stolen and then sold out of state, its rediculous to ask I hand my debit card to a employee that might be doing nefarious things outside of work with customers bank cards. I've had my bank drained 4 times in the last 2 years because I handed my info to random employees like the employees that Requested from me today at the RED LION HOTEL. BESIDES THAT THE FRONT DESK FOLKS WERE GREAT AND WELCOMING AND THEY CAME AND PICKED ME UP WITH A FREE SHUTTLE WHICH I WAS SUPER HAPPY ABOUT. Crappy hotel policies- cool employees just enforcing insane policies...

Overall a very good experience - I would be happy to stay here again. The room was huge and price was good. The courtyard with pool looked great, but we sadly didn't have a chance to try it. A few small minuses: the air conditioner was pretty noisy, and there was a small amount of noise from other guests. The room furnishings were on the older side, but everything worked fine.
