Its OK Nice staff, decent breakfast and clean rooms .

This hotel is old but that doesn't mean that it needs to be in shotty condition. I'm actually surprised they stay in business. If it weren't for the the wonderful staff I would have lost my mind. The sofa was littered with stains of something, the picture above sofa was cracked. The mini fridge leaks so bad the floor feels like it's rotting. The bathroom has mold so bad, I was afraid to breath. Our bed was a home to multiple spiders in which is forgivable as spiders are hard to rid yourselves of. But when I went to grab a towel from the bathroom I was greeted by a cockroach the size of my hand. Not cool when you have kids and are afraid to pee now. The front counter girl was a doll and felt bad when I asked for bug spray. I told her it wasn't her fault. I lay this all on piss-poor management from the hotel manager to the district manager. This hotel shows the lack of pride this people have. The one star is for comfy bed and wonderful front desk staff. I think I killed the mommy cockroach because I went in the bathroom and the floor had mini cockroaches all over it.

Avoid this place like the plague! Worst experience we've ever had at a hotel. Filthy bathroom. Stained carpet. Couldn't use the AC because the moldy smell might've given us a case of the black lung! And this place is supposedly under renovation? Yeah...good luck with that!

Very nice location lots of restaurants around. Rooms are very spacious and well kept. Great service. Enjoyed my stay.

Room is dirty. Shower requires shoes, stains on furniture, mold in shower.  Makes frat houses look good.  In a word: gross.  Unacceptable.
