I really hate the Courtyard food except the avocado toast. Everything is cooked in butter so you have to ask them not to cook anything in butter. It's an OK hotel, kind of old and the elevators are slow. All the staff is very friendly and accommodating

Rate a 3, room was clean and comfortable.  Pool could stand some cleaning stuff floating all in and the sides had not been cleaned in a while.  Shower is really tight. You can walk out on to you balcony.  Ours over looked the front parking lot where all we seen were cigerett butts on top of the awning.  Pretty gross looking. Needs attention. Don't bother requesting extra amenities on your app.  You will not get them and have to ask once you get to your room.  Make sure to call day before arrival. We booked a king suite and got moved to 2 dbls because the hotel had overbooked.  Took 3 phone calls to get straight then on day of arrival they had moved us again.  We did end up in a king room after fighting for it.

Everything is great until there is a problem and then you are treated very poorly. My reservation was lost. Money was taken from my account. Although I had proof of my reservation and payment, customer service was not a high priority and they would not honor my reservation. Manager is very rude and unprofessional. Will never visit this location again.

Nice clean rooms, staff is friendly. Bistro has decent selection. Within walking distance to open shopping mall and theatre. Would recommend.

Very clean, nice beds, nice staff, BUT IM AWAKE AT 3am and have been for over an hour because of a very very loud television on in a neighboring room. Staff said they walked down the hall and couldn’t hear it. What can I say, it’s loud enough to wake me from a sound sleep. Clearly the walls are thinner than the doors. I cannot in good conscience recommend lodging this poor. Very disappointed especially since I have 2 rooms for a tennis tournament and now we are awake in the middle of the night.
