Manager is very awesome. She made me feel very welcome, even carried a casual conversation with me. She wasn't all uptight. The people who rent there are friendly. Lots of kids running around but the manager is very good with the kids. Even went out of her way to throw an Easter egg hunt and cook out. You won't find that anywhere else for as affordable as this place is. Would stay here again.

One of the best.  Old school Florida vacation motel with modern conveniences and renovation.  Flat screen TVs.  Mini fridge and microwave.  You can tell the pool and fountain really made this the place to be in its heyday.  Cozy.  comfortable.  Great for out of towners or locals needing a few nights.

The people are really caring and understanding. The manager was absolutely awesome, and really made me feel at home. I have come to truly love this place. If nothing else, I know I'll definitely be coming back here, and I would suggest that everyone come and experience the homely hospitality that Tidy Inn provides to all of its customers.

My first stay here, bought a week and so far the management is VERY friendly. Super relaxed and nice atmosphere. Greatest prices in Lakeland. Would definitely recommend this hotel more than any others. Very clean and looks recently renovated. Very Cozy.

I actually like it. Here as we speak. Under new management, bathrooms are decent, beds are comfortable, may need a bigger fridge lol. But it's nice for the price.
