I was very impressed with the friendly and personalized service of the hotel. They made a trying time for us during the hurricane into a much bearable time. They made accommodations for all guests and made food available during the critical times when we could not go outside. They are pet friendly and that was critical for the stay to be a success. In the name of my family, pets included we will like to endorse the hotel for their professionalism and hospitality. The room was updated and the size was fairly big.

Great event at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lakeland today put on by GiveWell (our wonderful community foundation)... the meeting room was a good size, the food and coffee were wonderful, room temperature was great (no freezing temperatures but good air movement).

Very clean, incredibly friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was great and people working were polite and humble.

I attended an industry seminar regarding insurance fraud and the facilities were very nice the parking was ample and overall it is a good experience.

I really enjoyed my stay here at the Hilton in Lakeland!!! I first want to say Delton at the front desk was amazing!! He provided me with a smooth,quick,and friendly encounter!! He should be commended for his excellent customer service!! The beds where super comfortable along with the bedding!! The breakfast buffet is a nice add on and it's free for kids which is a bonus!! Definitely would recommend this hotel!!
