I was pleasantly surprised. After reading the reviews I was skeptical. Staff was nice, got to the room it was clean. The bathtub needs to be replaced.
Breakfast was decent. The reason for the 3 stars is because of the parking garage elevator doesn't work and walking down 2 flights of stairs in heels is not cool.
One other thing. I checked my bill and it costs $79.00 per night and then the final bill was over $93.00. Highway robbery with all the taxes and fees.🤕😱😞😡

This is a great place to stay. I had a quiet experience.  Pleasant staff - Shankeria Artis and Brad were a few there that made it a great experience.  Affordable prices and pleasant experience.  Thank you

Hotel was definitely in need of upgrades across the board. Everything was dated.  If u r searching for a hotel to host an event this 1 seems to have plenty of space and venues for any occasion.mybpersonal experience was not one of my favorites but it was adequate and we'll priced.

Front desk staff was courteous. Old needs upgrades. My first room smelled musty and moldy and the mattress was super old. I requested a room with king size bed and a better view. Room smelled much better, sheets smelled clean, bed and pillows were good.

The ABWA meetings take place here on the 7th floor. Great space. Lunch is always good. The staff is friendly.
