Great place to stay in downtown Tacoma, very central location with a Link stop across the street. Very nice rooms, super friendly staff. The Bistro in the lobby area has fantastic food with lots of options too. Only complaint is the pool was only 3 feet deep... but still worked for an evening swim. Also parking is kinda pricy, valet was the best deal at around $12 per day. Overall though a really nice place to stay!

I was only here for a night, so didn't check out most of the hotel or area. The room was quite comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The only weird thing was the lighting in the room. There was no main or overhead light and the light switches were oddly placed.

We had a spacious room with a big bathroom. We enjoyed our view of the Children's Museum with a lady outside blowing bubbles and a little girl chasing them. The hotel had lots of meeting rooms for the conference I was attending there.

Beautiful hotel! Everything is clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The downtown and Mt. Rainier view from our room was amazing. We especially liked the large dvd lending library. We had a great stay! Took off a star for the far away parking.

The hotel feels modern, clean, and professional. First services is very helpful and nice. The restaurant has done really great options. Rooms are a little small. A good spot right downtown.
