This Motel has been in operation for decades. Many friends from out of town have stayed here it's a simple Motel. No weight room or pool just a nice comfortable bed in a room for a very decent price. They do have ample parking even for semis with a trailer attached . All rooms have conditioning and a TV. The three rooms I've been in where small but spacious and very efficient. Managed well and well taken care of. Right off the 205 freeway with lots of restaurants and a Fred Meyers within walking distance. There's also a Starbucks for you coffee fans! What's not to love

It was located near my work meetings I had to attend for a few days, the gentleman in the office, presumably the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the property was clean and peaceful. it was a great 3 day stay.

This is THE only motel I will stay at while in Vancouver, WA. Management always welcoming and professional. Room is always clean and comfortable. Housekeeping is wonderful. Love this place.

Great place to stay. Clean newer furnishings comfortable bed! Check in gentleman was very nice and helpful. I have stayed here many times.

Furnishings in good condition and very clean. Has small fridge and microwave and work table. Easy access to freeway. Very pleasant manager. Downside: beds are a bit hard, water pipes in the walls are a bit loud (showers in other units).
