The front desk staff are pretty nice and I was greatful for a hassle free experience when checking in. I never been to an extended stay, but I've been to places like it and I think their service would improve if they cleaned the rooms better, had someone who would exchange the towels, sheets and what not for you..instead of having to do it yourself while walking your dirty linens to the front desk. Also, an oven would be a plus. I don't know if they really have breakfast, but they should stop advertising it if they don't really have it. I like that they have a refrigerator and stove, but having to call down for cooking supplies doesn't really make sense. Maybe it's the area that has them on guard about supplying their guest?

The location was easily accessible. It had ample parking. The rooms were clean, and the customer service kind and helpful.

Great location across from Tacoma Mall. We have used this a a short stay hotel but would definitely be great for long stays. Our room has a recliner, desk, fully functional kitchen and King bed. The free breakfast isn't a breakfast. They put out coffee air pots and one with hot water, tea bags, granola bars and packaged mini muffins. The house is clean and up to date. Great nights rest!

Great staff, dog friendly,  nice rooms with full.kichen.  BUT, they advertise free WiFi. But it is only about 750kbps or so. I'm used to more 10 times that. Bring your own modem.

Decent room but had a somewhat shady clientele, at least while I was there. Seemed almost like a long term rental place for down-and-outs, not exactly a travelling business person clientele.
