Been coming to Courtyard for years.  They have some of the best roast beef sandwiches on the North Shore!  Good people providing good service with a smile.  Besides the great roast beef they also have very good fried seafood.  Careful when ordering the fries, there is enough to feed 2-3 people with a small.

The people were very friendly but the roast beef sandwich was just okay.

We always come here whenever we're in Newburyport. My husband grew up in the area and we've had mix experiences. During the last trip, roast beef weren't that great, it changed but today, it's back being the best! 

As for the super chicken which I had today, the patty surely have been thicker since the last visit. Might need a little bit more salt/pepper/garlic powder on it though but w mayo and ketchup, it will do.

 I love their onion rings too, the batter is the perfect amount just to crisp it and not overpower the onion.

Very good fried seafood and other eats. Of course the roast beef is excellent. Never any complaints. Staff are great people too!
