It's always very warm and professional there and everyone their acts like they either know you or they've known you for a long time. I've been following my hairstylist for over 20 years and I've never left there with a bad feeling. It's always a drive since I live in north Everett now but I always try and get early appointments during the week.

My stylist was easygoing and made great conversation. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, but I told him I wanted it shorter, but to still be able pull it up in a ponytail. He definitely delivered! I love my new style. I will certainly be back.
