I do not recommend that place!
You get what you pay for!
Don't be fooled by the price! 
It wasn't expensive but only got roots touch up/no color AND NO TONER AT ALL!!! 
I WAS A LITTLE BIT SHOCKED that I didnt get any toner after bleach. They just let me go with bleached hair😱
As people they are good. But not processional. But I came for service/results. Didn't like the fact that her assistant was doing one half she did the other half of the hair. And dont think that's how it's soppose to be. 
It's not like I'm gonna die from what I have. I can change it later. Just a waist of money and time.

I would not recommend this salon. The haircut/color/ specials that are promoted  on Fb might look nice  However, you get what you pay for. I went in with healthy hair and came out with fried med brown hair as I asked for darker like black.  I was over processed and then processed again.  I was told Jenny was going to do my hair and then it ended up being someone else part of my hair.  My hair wasn't dark enough so I asked for more color, what should have happened is I should have been told it will fried my hair. Nice staff but seem very unsure of what a person really wants.  My hair for two days smelled burned and the chemicals were coming off my hair, never in all the years I have been doing my hair has that happened.  I washed it a couple of times and then tried to flat iron it, but it was so brittle and dry especially around my face.  I had to wait 8 weeks now to go get it fixed by a professional salon.  Don't be fooled by the cheap pricing, you do get what you pay for.  Also the place is very dirty in the back.  It looks like they are busy with all the chairs but when I was there that day a client was waiting for her appointment and they started her late and I was the only other client there.  Poor business practices.

My first time to HHS, I went to get a balayage.
Jenny was transparent on what she was doing to my hair throughout the process. We talked most of the appointment, but if we weren’t she was talking to her mother in Vietnamese or attempting to keep her 3 y.o. daughter calm  not in clients’ personal space. Most clients, including myself, think her daughter is adorable and smart, but just adding this in case you’re a person that doesn’t necessarily enjoy children. 

She is the first stylist to tell me I’m able to achieve a platinum blonde if I really wanted, and the first to ever lift my hair lighter than a pale yellow. I was so amazed that I went back again barely a week later to make my hair lighter (still balayage style). I loved my hair right when it was finished, but after a few days, it was not as perfect as it seemed all done up and curled. I felt like it was uneven and not blended very naturally; there was a distinct line between the brown and the blonde. I’m still happy with my hair and will most likely go back in a couple months to touch up my roots and re-bleach my hair, but I’ll ask about the blending and see if she can fix that, which I am certain she can.

Edit: Jenny offered to fix my hair for free so I’d be 100% satisfied even though I wasn’t mad about my hair before. That, to me, is amazing customer service. I’m now mostly blonde with a little brown underneath and I LOVE it. I have a sensitive scalp and she was able to lighten my whole head (highlighted with foils close to, but not directly on the scalp) without any terrible burning sensation that I’ve had in the past from previous colorists a few years back. She’s awesome at listening to your concerns.

Just finished my second permenant straightening at Jenny's salon and have been happy both times. Pricing is great, service is good and so far results will have me a returning customer for the foreseeable future.

I would not recommend this salon. The haircut/color/perm specials that are promoted might look attractive but keep in mind, you get what you pay for. I went in with healthy hair and came out with fried, frizzy ORANGE hair. As the bleach was left on for over an hour while the stylist ran back and forth between clients. I was so disappointed. Jenny may be a nice person but is not great at managing time, a clients needs or running a business. Sorry to say but, VERY unprofessional. BUYER BEWARE.
