Good haircut most of the time. They seem to have decent staff and good prices. Been coming for years and they have only messed up once. Look for discounted days as they often have sales.

What’s the point of online check in’s if you’re just going to take other people and make us wait longer? I checked in when it said the wait time was 15 minutes. I drove 10 minutes to the salon and then they said it would be 10-15 more minutes. This creates a poor customer experience. Also, learn to cut ALL the hair off of my side burns, not a half-assed job.

I've had my haircut by Natalie twice now and wow she did everything I wanted. I'm honestly a hard person to please and she has surpassed my expectations tremendously. I wanted a trim and that's what I got she asked me how much I wanted off and then showed me to make sure I knew what she was doing. Such a relief I'm always scared to get my haircut because it's really curly and so many hairstylist get lost in it or cut too much off but not her. Such an adorable price for such high quality work. Never spending 50 dollars on a haircut again. Great clips is a hidden treasure.

Quick and friendly service. All the stylists have been really patient with my son. I love the online check in feature to save a spot in line.

After over a year (it seems like) of bad haircuts I finally have a place that gets it right! Twee (I hope I spell that right) has always done a great job. Mine is not a tough cut, basic part on the left, short on sides and longer on the top. No one seems to have figured out how to cut my hair the way I like. I won't be going anywhere else.
