I called to reschedule an appointment to get my follow-up bloodwork done. I was given a 130 appt. So I called my asst. In to cover my shift in order to make this appt. I get there and was informed that my bloodwork paper work is expired and that I need to make another appt for another day in order for this to be done. I was never told that it's expired nor that blood work cannot be done due to the expiration. I talked to mr. Cox about this and he wasn't helpful at all. I explained I had to take off half the day to make this appt. and drive 40 miles to make it. I find this wasn't handled properly and that some resolution should have been offered to my time or waste of time.

Andi is amazing I have neen looking for a Dr that really cares , Shes it.

Do not recommend. Dr. Andi seems like she could care less about patients.I am definitely Looking for another doctor. Dr. Cox looked at my throat and said it didn't look that bad, went to urgent care the next day and I had a severe case of strep.

Office manager was extremely rude and wanted to get confrontational because an insurance card was being faxed and would not except payment at time of visit without insurance information. This experience was ridiculous and pulled my son from the back to go back to waiting room until fax came through even after I gave one insurance card and stated I would pay for visit. Unreal crazy experience. Lost 2 patients today!

Staff is always very friendly and welcoming. Only place I feel comfortable going.
