There was a call on my answering machine on July 27, 2017 at 12:11pm from someone named Alicia (not sure how to spell) and the message was saying she was with Randolph Health Pediatrics and she needed a call back. I called back and who ever answered the phone hung up on me because I did not know who they were calling for. They did not put me on hold the girl said "you are being rude and I am going to hang up" and she slammed the phone down! What professional does that? I called back to find out who the girl was that hung up and no one would tell me. This receptionist also got aggravated because I did not know who Alicia was calling about. She wanted to know my name. I am 66 years old and I don't think you will find my name. I asked why all these questions when all I wanted to do is speak with Alicia whom had left a message for me or someone to call back. I think they were being rude.

Samantha Ross I had made an appointment over two weeks ago to been seen, I was a new patient. I got a message a few days before my appointment saying the Dr that was going to see me was taking that day off! I've been having headaches for weeks so I've been really worried so I've waited patiently to been seen!!! I called the office after I got the message to see if there was any other Dr I could see ,the lady checked but no Drs had anything! She gave me another appointment but that was another week away. I didn't want to want another week, I've already waited weeks, so I asked the lady what was I suppose to do she said I don't know what to tell you! I just thought that they would try to work a new patient in somewhere instead of making me feel like my health doesn't matter!!!

My baby momma took my daughter to get her 4 year old shots. Well baby momma tells the dr. about how I have our daughter in a booster seat. My daughter is 4 years old weighing 43 lbs so baby momma has her dr write me a note stating its illegal. I take the note and car seat to the police department. The chief of police asked me if the letter was a joke. So the traffic of division came out to inspect the seat to find out im doing right by strapping my daughter in a seat belt and getting rid of the 5 point harness. Needless to say I have gotten all medical records from this office and going to a different dr.

I constantly have issues at their facility whether it be incorrect appointment times giving or failure to check if medicate is active. I have to miss work and then I get the run around at the office. I will never bring my kids to this facility again. I hope it closes down!
