If I could give 0 stars I would have. We took our newborn there as they were recommended to us by my doctor when I was pregnant. We always spend at least 1.5 hours there as they are slow as Christmas. When it was time for our baby to get her 3 month shots - which the appointment had been scheduled for over a month - they didn't have 3 of the vaccines to give her. The office manager ordered the shots and scheduled for me to come back 2 weeks after they were due to arrive. Fast forward a month and my baby is a month behind on getting 3 of her important vaccines and I show up for my appointment only to be informed after waiting 20 mins that the vaccines had not come in and they had failed to call and tell me that before I took off work and took my 3 month old up there. Now they want me to wait another month for the vaccines to come in making my child 2 months behind on important vaccines. No Thanks Hodges. I would not recommend this practice to my worst enemy. We saw Bill and we enjoyed him and he was knowledgeable and caring and took time to listen to us but the office is such a disaster its not worth it. We will not be back.

Worst doctor ever. My father has been going to Dr. Hodges for years. Dr Hodges said my father was great at every visit. My father has now been in ICU for almost 2 weeks because Dr. Hodges missed something simple and now my father might die. I would not recommend him to anyone.

The two stars are for the awesome gals at the front desks. They are always kind, patient and very compassionate. Terrible patient care. They overbook and are always in a hurry to get you in and out. No compassion or care at all from the PAs. I have yet to be able to book an appointment with the actual doctors. I am a health care worker myself and I have never seen such unkind, uncaring people in my life. I always have to call repeatedly to get them to call in prescriptions they had promised to call in to the pharmacy. They almost never prescribe what they had said they were prescribing. I've overheard patients complaining that they were prescribed the wrong meds or have been given medications that have bad interactions with other medications or conditions. I whispered to one elderly couple that they should get a new doctor. Unfortunately my insurance provider is taking it's time giving me permission to switch doctors. I have several conditions that require routine medical care and I absolutely dread booking appointments with these medical morons. Lauren completely missed a gall stone diagnosis for my daughter and sent her to a gastro doc in error. I had a kidney stone the size of a gumball that Bill missed completely. Be aware that if you are the least bit over weight or female, they will blame this on whatever your issue is. Brain tumor? It's because you're fat. Ingrown toenail? You're overreacting to your period. I hate to use the word moron, but it is the only word that fits here.

My grandfather went here, and his doctor kept saying he was fine. Then, the doctor kept missing many illnesses he actually had, almost all he would easily have died from. I wouldn't touch this place with a 5 mile long pole

I'm rating the overall experiences I've had there. The wait times can be lengthy at certain times of the day, but that is because they actually take time with their patients. I've seen all 3 of the providers here and love them all. My favorite is Lauren. I've seen SOOOO many doctors in my short 30 year of life and she is in the top 3 of ALL of them. I have had few dealings with Beth and Francisco, but have greatly enjoyed their expertise and manners. Occasionally there's an off day for everyone in the office, but that's true of anywhere (including your own home!). They are almost always able to see me the same day I call. I've taken 2 of my kids there since they were born and have been absolutely pleased. The nurses will typical give call back the same day I leave a message but no later than 24hrs. The couple times I had an urgent question I called reception and had them ask right away with no problems. Excellent practice!
