Dr. Chao treated my husbands bladder cancers with Chemo therapy and extensive knowledge and care and follow-ups.  Several years prior to that he saved my husbands life when a kidney stone was lodged directly outside his kidney that caused e coli to grow rapidly.  I am now his patient and I consider myself lucky to have such a good urologist taking care of my problems.  I would trust Dr. Chao with my life and that of my family. His bedside manner is outstanding and his experience/knowledge is unending.  Dr. Chao is a true asset to our community.

I was not really satisfied with the visit with Dr. Chao as it seemed that he was practicing out of habit rather than addressing my specific case. After researching The Common Antibiotic Regimens for Acute Bacterial Prostatitis and recommended duration of therapy, I do not feel that he was fully knowledgeable on the topic.

Nothing. Went to him for help and there was obviously a problem yet he just wants to shove antibiotics down my throat. In serious pain yet he wasn't willing to help. This dr is a joke.
