I love CB.  This one had a manager who knew how to route busy breakfast traffic, and friendly waitstaff and register workers.  Got some great recommendations on the small batch sodas they sell.  Very clean and refreshed.  Great example of the chain.

This was a great place for our family to get a quick and delicious breakfast. Our server, Lisa was very friendly. We had a table of 6, and she worked very hard to bring us all our food and drinks quickly, and she made sure that we really had everything we needed and that our orders were correct. Excellent place!!

With my father's recent passing my family needed a stress free Thanksgiving meal this year.  We decided to try Cracker Barrel's ready to eat take out meal for six.  Ordering online was fairly easy but the pick up process was horrendous. There was no designated meal pick up parking as stated online. The parking lot was so packed that we ended up having to park in a nearby shopping plaza and walking to pick up our food. Inside the restaurant was complete chaos. People packed into the gift shop/pay area like sardines. Our online order was scheduled to be picked up at 12:30 but we had to wait in line for 40 minutes just to pay! Then we had to walk around to the back of the building to pick up our food. Needless to say our ”hot and ready” meal was cold and late. The turkey and ham were not bad even though we had to nuke it the microwave at home for a few seconds to rewarm them but cornbread stuffing was so dry it crumbled like saw dust and the green beans were like mush. The cranberry relish was delicious! Overall, I expected way better from Cracker Barrel. Surely, they have done this for years. I guess I expected that they should have this process down to a science by now.

Food mostly great. Love the shop. Wonderful things. Most of the servers are polite and professional.

Well drove a ways to get to eat here .. lady sat up was great the lady taking are order not so much . And waited on the food for awhile and was told they made my fathe meal wrong so ..when it did come out . Mine been sitting cause it was cold and not how I order it . And my dad ask for butter and never got it had to find her and ask her again for the butter.  Told her about my food they did ask to remake it but we came to eat together and I was hungry so I ate it.  Not so good over all . Well  thanks for listening
