Terrible experience. The associated had an attitude the entire time she was helping us transition over as well as lied to us and stated certain fees are waived. However, once we received the bill, we realized we were charged additionally per line. We called AT&T and we were informed we had to go to the store to resolve the issue with the manager. Before arriving, we called the store to ask if the manager was available. Of course, we were lied to again by an associate who claimed the issue will be resolved if we show up and the manager is there to assist us. Once we arrived to the store, we were told that they do not under any circumstances waive the fees that the associate has promised and sure enough, the manager was not there. It took us two months to resolve the issue and the overcharges continued to happen for the following billing cycle. I had a terrible experience overall from the beginning up until now. I do not recommend this location at all!

DO NOT GO THERE... I made appointments on 2 different occasions and both times I waited over 45 minutes then I had to leave to go back to work. so I decided to try the walk in. After about 30 minutes of wait, my name just disappeared from the list. I asked the rep about that and she said that she called me and I didn't answer. I was sitting 20 ft away from her and unless she was wispering I should have heard it. So they put me back on the wait list. I've been a customer for many years and this is always the case. I'll be looking to move my account elsewhere soon.

Staff and management are not very helpful. I came in to start a new phone service a month ago, waited several hours, staff did not make any recommendations. I recently came back for issues regarding my service and management  took down my name and number and told me he would call me once he reviewed my account. This was very unprofessional as he could not sit down and resolve the matter right then. I never did receive a phone call and the matter still is unresolved.  I have had to go to other locations for better service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

We are not ever coming here again!!! The staff has very bad attention!!The person has been working with the same person for the whole time we where here!An we where here for almost an hour!!!Its like he's flirting with someone!!!!Dont ever come here!!!Worst store ever!!

I have been a customer for decades. Went here and found no help at all, just the opposite. They only engage for upgrades & new service. Does not even deserve 1 star. What happened to this company?
