Hosted a small retirement dinner here. Place looks run down, air conditioner didn't work, and had to pay for guests who did not attend, even though pre order of food specified fewer attendees. When asked for the unused meals, they did not have them because it was not pre-ordered. Therefore paid for meals never prepared. Only positive, staff was fabulous.

***Warning*** Sausage Fest. When did Craft Hill become a gay bar? I've been there only twice, and each time it was all 'trendy' men and 1 or 2 women? At first I thought it was a straight bar, but when the bartender mouth kissed a male patron (at the bar), well, that was it for me. Nothing against gay bars, but just not my thing. So, if you like over priced drinks and gay men, THIS is your new hang out.

Must be hit and miss. Went on a Thursday. 1 bar tender, 1 food runner, 1 manager. 12 people in the bar. Great service. Got The Cuban and an Old Fashion. Bar tender was attentive to all her patrons and service was on point. Went on a Saturday. 3 bar tenders, 2 food runners, 1 manager. About 15 people in the bar. Poor service. Ordered a BYOB with bacon and egg, took 30 min and had no bacon or egg. Wasn't asked if I wanted another drink until I asked for my check, which also took about 20 min to get. Asked for it, tender said ok, walked around the bar, walked to the register, walked around the bar, walked to the back. Asked another tender for my check, 1st tender said "i got it" .. proceeded to walk around the bar some more. Giving it one more chance, but not happy with my recent visit.

Service was great but food was average. Went for taco Tuesday and the tacos were nothing to brag about but not bad for the price. Inside atmosphere and decor is nice.

Happy ends at 6:30. Female bartender made me wait while talking. Mai tai costed 11 dollars and was poorly made. Tacos were excellent. I guess I'll try again before 6:30 on another day.
