I absolutely LOVE the girls at the La Encantada Store...Morey and Kelli (y?) are the most helpful, super knowledgable and always so very friendly.   Most often when I am there, the store is extremely busy, but they always manage to greet everyone and make them feel welcome.  It amazes me how they can help so many people at once, all with a smile on their face and making the customer not feel rushed.

I was looking for a salad dressing mixer and the lady was so nice to show us other options and add ons. I like to sit on their furniture and they never annoyed me. They let me be!

I went recently for a wedding registry event where they let us go in the store before it opens and look around without other customers in the way.  It was great!  They had snacks and drinks for us, and Marijo even went and got me coffee from the staff room (I can't function at 9am without it!).  Marijo and Henry were both so friendly and helpful, but also just gave us our space to wander around the store on our own without pressure.  Henry even made us waffles as we shopped.  Also, there was a drawing for some awesome prizes (an immersion blender, a nice cake cutting set, a coffee table book) and since we were the only couple that showed up we automatically won everything!  Overall it was a really great, chill, experience.

ASSOCIATE DIANE ALLEN..........Thank you SO MUCH for your attention to detail when inputting the information for the order I placed with you.  Even though I gave you the correct shipping, billing address and phone number, you were only able to get the billing address correct. Your mistake meant I needed to make two phone calls to the store to find out where my order was and my order was six days late....and as of this writing, has still not been received.Could be that since I had the audacity to bother you as you stood in the furniture department, your attention to detail was in direct correlation to the dollar amount of my order.......$70 vs $700
