I ordered furniture with Pottery Barn la Encantada in Tucson 12 weeks ago.  I am still awaiting delivery.  I made dozens of calls but find there to be only excuses and false promises.  I would not recommend purchasing custom furniture from Pottery Barn.  Purchasing furniture is suppose to fun.  It has been such an ordeal...

Nice furniture, lovely items, however, the shipping delays are truly frustrating.  The first time we ordered furniture, it took 10 weeks to arrive.  we thought it was an one time unusual event.  So, we tried again.. and items once again are on "backorder" and have to wait 6-8 weeks to arrive.  Very frustrating and disappointing they do not have a great delivery process.
