Joel V. was a GREAT sales man no pressure  let me decide between 3 car's!! Lot's of test drives pulling ALL the smelly thing's out of the car. ExplaIning how to work all the new gadgets. And all of the car service stuff has been VERY helpful ALSO thank you.

Very friendly staff that isn't too pushy. It was nice to have all of our questions answered and be able to go home and think about our options. I'd happily do business with them again!

I bought a used (like new) 2015 Ford Escape from CL Mazda. I worked with both Joel Valdez and manager David Neil, and has a very easy and pleasant purchasing experience. No hassle, and didn't spend all day sitting at the dealership. Joel and David were both very nice, friendly, and not your typical pushy sales person. I will absolutely return for my next car.

We are from Texas and were visiting the Medford area for work purposes.  We visited the dealership and test drove the '17 Mazda CX-5.  The car, the test drive and the help of Nicolaus Bell were what sold us.  Although we didn't end up purchasing one in OR, there is one awaiting our arrival in Houston tomorrow. Nicolaus Bell, I wish you could receive the monetary reward, but instead, I'm giving you a shout out for your professionalism and our ultimate thanks!
