We are a family owned business delivering honest and professional automotive repair and auto maintenance services to the people of Medford and surrounding areas. I had a chance to see how Gary and his crew treat their customers with fairness and care. I was working with a guest at Grants Pass Toyota who wanted an older Avalon checked out by them, though our techs had already been through it. Long story short, Gary took his responsibility to heart for his longtime customer, and was also very fair and respectful to our dealership and me as a sales consultant. He kept me in the loop, honestly evaluated the vehicle, and recommended that she buy it. I highly recommend such an respectable business if you need auto repair in the south valley.

Gary Miller and his staff have been performing excellent service on our vehicles for number of years now. We have an assortment of vehicles - 3 in all of which one is 19 years old, and another is a Forest River Sprinter Diesel Motorhome. We appreciate Miller Automotive's ability to locate and quickly fix items that need repair, including an electrical problem that we had once, and also to recommend and perform preventive maintenance to keep our 3 vehicles trip ready at any given point in time. We have complete confidence in Miller Automotive, which they have earned by their excellent work on our various vehicles.

Great guys and always up front with what the cost will be. At times seems expensive..but you can't 5 really put a price in having your vehicle in working order. I've been a returning customer for 2 years.

Thank you so much for all that you guys did for me. When I came in for my brake job, I had no ideal that I had been risking the life of not only myself, but of my son also. I am so grateful for all the hard work, effort, and caring that went into fixing my truck for me, as well as for all the care and understanding I got from everyone that pulled together to get the job done in time for me to make it back to work. I don’t think I can every repay you for all you have done. You guys really went the extra mile, and have proven to me that there ARE good people out there. Now I tell anyone that will listen how wonderful you are. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Excellent service, fast, very reasonable and honest. I don't know about you but I don't like being taken advantage of or cheated. Specially having a foreign car-some see $$$$. This is why its important to have not just a good mechanic, but an honest one with integrity. This business has been there through some decades, since 1931. I know this mechanic is NOT after your money. Instead he prefers to have satisfied customer(s). Tracie Wise
