Well, it was my first time today, I came in and I had to tell the “polite” waitress about a lot of negative reviews, so I had to tell her to make sure my food is properly done and served and it was. I haven’t used the washroom so I don’t know if the comments were true. I give 4 stars for one reason, management is totally ignoring the reviews here, no comments from them at all which gives a “who cares” impression to customers. They really need to work on retrieving their good reputation as stated by many reviewers. I really wish the best for any business owner, so let’s help them and guide them mates.

The first few times I went, it was excellent, staff were nice and the food was great, but the last 3 times i went were absolutely horrible. I tried to give them another chance just to support the Muslim community, but they lost my respect when they took and hour and a half to cook 2 steaks and a chicken burger and when they came, the food wasn't even cooked properly and the manager is never available to speak to. I am never going back to this place again. For such high prices, the washrooms could easily be fixed and they could definitely hire more staff.

DO NOT GO TO CRAVE GRILL HOUSE! THIS IS A MUST READ. I have been going to Crave for years now with my family. I have always had great experiences and enjoyed the food. Yesterday (September 6th, 2017) I went with my son and my cousin. Initially, all was well when we got our food until I noticed a long strand of hair in my salad. I wasn't sure if it was mine so I ignored it and put my salad aside. However, my cousin found some fuzzy white spots on her ribs which looked A LOT like MOLD!! We told the server who brought it to the chef. She came back and told us the chef said it's burnt food from the grill that rubbed off on the ribs. We took pictures of the unknown spots and no, this wasn't burnt food. The server brought another dish for my cousin and when we tried to ask more questions she was very cold with us and couldn't explain anything. We told her we weren't blaming her for anything, we just wanted to understand but instead she ignored us for the rest of the night, dropped our receipts to us and walked away. Did not say good night or anything. She highly lacked customer service skills, and in this job, it's kind of a MUST. We still paid full price for our meals and STILL TIPPED because we understand it's a place of business but we are absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service the server had and the the potential MOLD ON OUR FOOD!!! We love supporting Muslim businesses but sad to say Crave Grill House has lost us and our extended family and friends as customers. Will be reaching out to the owner soon for a better explanation.

Decent food. I had a Mexican. Friends had burgers. Good service. Very polite and patient. One of the reasons I like it here alot. We stayed longer than it was actually open and that didn't kick us out. We got the hint when the lights were dimmed.

Great food, decent prices. Had takeout, so can't comment on service, but place looks good. Will definitely come again!
