Second visit. First time i had a bowl. This time I had a wrap. Both were very good. Lots of healthy options. Good variety. So many free add ins, like hummus and sauces. Huge drink selection - many teas. Prompt service.

I love crazy bowls' clean-living mission and their delicious soups. It's a clean, modern, friendly, fast casual place to eat. Sometimes the service here can be slow. My one real complaint is that they don't serve soup in the summer; you can't even order it "off-menu", which means I don't come as often, if at all, during this season.

This place is all I was looking for! Healthy selections and awesome drinks. Staff members are all kind! I got the tossed tabbouleh quinoa salad, great taste and combo. They also have an awesome selection of sauces for chips and/or just for dip.

Recently just visited the Deerfeild location and it was great service and very good! This location was so slow! We waited for 15 minutes until someone came out and told us they didn't have anymore grilled chicken cooked and it would take 30 minutes to cook! We waited and when the food arrived the first bite I took was solid fat from the chicken. The server didn't even apologize for the wait and the staff looked like they were just messing around the entire time. I've been in the food buiness and will not be coming back. Gross and dissatisfied.

It's so close to being amazing. The concept is awesome and the menu is potentially great. The vibe of the store is very clean, bright and modern. The food is all healthy, but the flavors are all very flat and that is a bit of a surprise because when your dish is delivered, because it looks colorful and incredible. All of the food is over-grilled, to the point of being tough and not tasty. My Fajita Stir Fry bowl didn't have much flavor, so I put a cup of the spiciest salsa into it and even the salsa was kinda bland. As always, we will be back to try new things on the menu here to be sure that the first experience wasn't a fluke.
