Oh, our little donatos joint in blue ash....food is great (when they get it right). We're not picky, so when it's wrong, we just eat it anyway (our order is right only about 2 out of 10 times). The manager is nice, so it's hard to be mad when we have to wait (we only order pick up and intentionally arrive 5 to 10 minutes later than when it's suppose to be ready and we still wait every time). Not sure what the issues are but as long as you have patience and you're not in a hurry, it's worth it. Otherwise, you might want to choose another option for food.

Horrible customer service waited 35 minutes in store. People who walked in after us got their food. When i asked if the pizza was still warm the lady behind the counter goes "yeah, this is a warmer". She never even bothers to check. I get that its a warmer but its been sitting there for 20 mins. Get better help for the kitchen, and get better customer service up front.

Guys answering the phones are a lot more interested in talking to each other than to the customers. Pretty disappointed with their commitment to service. Pizza still taste great!

An Ohio staple that uses homemade sauce fresh dough and high quality toppings. This chain is great for pizza but service was not great at this location. It took almost an hour for delivery and the order takers were not too helpful. Pizza was delivered hot so I can forgive a little.

I arrived on time for my pickup. They didn't even start until I got there. And my side order was wrong.
