Hello, i suggest those who are odering pizza from this store please dont waste your time and money. Its really wasteless. Because on october 7,2017 at 2:26 pm I order my pizza 2 large and it was like 41 min and they were showing me they just got order .after i call them in store and the lady who pickup the call was so so rude. She dont even greet. I asked her how long its going to take and she replied me i dont know we just have one driver. What f******* rude answer. And then she was like cancel your order. And she cancel the call. I was going to ask about my refund..she kept the phone. I would never ever order from pizza hut. It was really my first and last experience ever. And i suggest you guyz too not to have order. How can i get my refund back that i spendend? Its still showing me pending even after cancel my order. Is there any way i can reach to manager? Thank you

Avoid....does not deliver 2.1 miles down the road. Telephone person at blue ash rude.rude. very rude..dailed their course in customer happiness. Avoid avoid...the television commerical are worthless if the provider doesnt deliver into the neighboring community. Domino's here I come. They really deliver. Also Marcos and italianette..

Our business has turned to this location a couple times now for multiple orders (between our sites and shifts). With these huge orders - they have delivered great food in a timely manner at an unbeatable price. Even needing additional pizza (A LOT) at last minute, they pulled through, made it happen and just got the job done! Impeccable customer service has been delivered on every account from this place. Huge thumbs up - we are glad to give them our business.
