Worse customer service ever. An employee told me I had two defective wigs that needed replaced-An EMPLOYEE told me this . The owner said "we are a small business -we can;t afford to replace your wigs" (I ask for  one to be replaced) . They could afford to take my money during my 14 year cancer battler. Owner said many have cancer come there!  This cancer patient will go elsewhere! DON'T GO THERE-ONLY NICE WHEN TAKING YOUR MONEY!

Not the worst customer service in the world but not the best either.  For the amount of money you spend here, you would think there would be a little more attention to customer service. Also, it would make sense for them to give customers information on how to care for the wigs, including styling.

The employees here are treated badly and the one that provided service for me had to quit. None of the other employees are the same. I will never go back.

The ladies here are friendly, helpful, and very good at styling & reconditioning wigs. I have purchased four wigs here since 2012, and I have experienced great customer service each time. You can try on as many wigs as you like, and they can order whatever you want. I regularly bring my wigs back for reconditioning, and they work some serious magic on them here! If you have an old matted wig with damaged hair or a ripped part, they can make it look like new for a fraction of the cost of buying a new wig. It's a nice little shop with friendly staff. Yes, you can order online for 10% cheaper, but if you buy here you have the benefit of trying many different styles and colors on to get the exact fit. They will also order your wig in 2 colors and let you pick the one you like best. It's a great shop.

Just phenomenal! They were wonderful and I'll have to go back and find the name of the girl who helped me so much...it was really like a personal miracle, they're that good
