After almost 4 years of going without a hair cut, I decided to come here. The student I got was awesome. She was super friendly, and she made sure to ask if I was okay with length, etc before she started working. We ended up going shorter than I originally wanted but she and her instructors explained the benefits and how much dead hair they had to get rid of. I thought that was awesome. If she wasn't sure about a cut she wasn't afraid to ask for help, which I appreciated. Overall this was  a really great experience.

Brittany was AMAZING with my 13 year old. She was so nervous to cut all of her hair off and get it colored. After a few minutes of talking with Brittany that fear turned into shear excitement. The kid just lit up because of the fact that Brittany was so stoked on what she would be doing...They we’re both getting so into it. Everything turned out better than she could have ever imagined and it was all because of Brittany! Also, it was reassuring to have the instructors always checking in throughout each phase of this process. I’ve been to other schools in the area and would only see the instructors after something messed up or after everything was done. The price is extremely reasonable and I’ve never been more pleased!

Went I for a "A line" hair cut. Very easy basic cut. The student messed it up..and the instructor passed her off on it. Never corrected it. It was very uneven.. Moore like a " W"  in the back...was AWFUL!!! I am a previous cosmetologist myself so I figured you know school we all need to learn before getting out into the real world but the instructor should have caught the mess up and she never did and just passed it off and I had to go get it fixed.  Never ever again get my haircut there.

I have been going to Paul Mitchell The School for years. I love the staff and the attention to detail. While every student is different, there are always instructors close at hand to double check everything. No step is skipped and I leave feeling pampered. The price is fantastic!!

Amazing experience! I was a walk-in towards the end of the day, but they still had time for me and it was just wonderful! My stylist Vanessa #72 knew exactly what I wanted and needed (a fun haircut that wouldn't be fussy to do every day) and from the picture I brought, she designed me a haircut that was perfectly tailored to my personality and hair. Props to her, because I came in with the most boring hair I have ever had! Thank you Vanessa!
