I asked for a triangular one length with long layers. Extremely basic haircut. The first haircut you learn in hairschool and I know cause I graduated hairschool. I only came here because I needed a super quick trim and didn't have time to book a nice salon. The haircut is simple, shorter in the back and longer in the front. One of the ladies cut a star shape into my hair. It's longer in the front and shorter in the back but then there's a downwards triangle shape in the middle back of it. Almost like two haircuts in one. I don't know how else to explain it except the back  gradually gets longer and so does the front. I am extremely upset about this. And the layers were worse. Completely uneven and she's cut holes into my hair. As many nice reviews there are about this place I highly recommend going somewhere else or even cutting your hair yourself cause you'll probably get a better job done than the hackjob I've received. If i could give zero stars i would. Im now having to book somewhere else to have my hair cut even more just to even it out.

My issue was not with this location but with the lady that did my hair at this location. I went in on 5/28/17 and my stylist was ELEISA. 
From the very beginning she seemed very disinterested in anything I had to say and acted as though she wanted to be anywhere but there. I I explained to her how I had messed my hair up dying it and felt very insulted when she replied "its not complicated if you know what you're doing" she said it was such a smug tone in her voice.
The next issue I had was with how short she cut my hair I didn't realize it until I got home and my hair was actually dried but she clearly had no experience cutting curly hair. I said I didn't want my hair shorter than my earlobes so that was how short she cut it to while it was wet which means when I got home and dried it it ended up being halfway down my ears I wanted to cry I look like a little boy with this haircut. I cannot even begin to say how mortified and embarrassed I was to have to go to my new job today with this haircut!!! 
On top of the horrible haircut she acted very eager to get me out of that chair didn't even ask if I wanted my hair blow-dried and styled which I would have gladly paid extra for because I had some shopping to do after. She blue dry the hairs off my neck then ripped the cover off of me letting the hair fall all over my shirt so at that point I didn't even bother asking for my free hot towel treatment that was supposed to come with every haircut. 
As if all that wasn't enough when I got home and saw the invoice that was emailed to me I was even more mad because I got a deep conditioning treatment done and before she even started washing my hair I clearly asked how much is the deep conditioning treatment, she yelled across the room to the manager and asked her and she said $8.15 so I told her yes go ahead.
On my invoice I was charged $10.25. It's only $2 so it wasn't even the money that made me mad just the fact that she treated me so poorly and gave me such a horrible haircut that I am embarrassed to walk around with and then charge me more than I was quoted. 
So like I said in the beginning this location isn't horrible it was actually fairly nice inside. Just be cautious of the Stylist you get there

Really liked this place, lady who cut my hair did a nice job and I am usually picky about how people cut my hair, I usually like it a little longer on the top front both sides which everyone usually gets wrong but she remembered and pointed out what she was doing when cutting that area to put me at easy. Will go back.

Showed up 10 minutes before close and the nice hairstylist still cut my hair. Love the cut. Thanks again!

I was in the area and figured I could use a cut so I decided to give it a shot. Thankfully I don't care too much about my hair because this was a bad decision. I would not advise visiting this location, especially if you value your hair. I'll share this little horror story with you...

They told me it would be a 20-minute wait time, which was ok since I have an hour for lunch. I then spent 40 minutes sitting there waiting for my haircut while listening to an employee talk bad about one of the customers that had been in asking about an appointment. The talk was loud and negative and highly unprofessional. In my head I was praying that I didn't get stuck with her for my haircut. Thankfully my prayers were answered and I received a decent haircut that wasn't quite the worst I'd ever had. We even managed to stumble through her half-hearted attempts at small talk without too much of an issue. 

The poor guy behind me in line wasn't nearly as fortunate as me. He ended up with the aforementioned unprofessional cutter who proceeded to butcher his hair. He was quite specific as he mentioned exactly what clippers he wanted and where (5 on side, 6 on top, 7 in front.) In the middle of answering another feeble attempt at conversation, I hear the stylist cutting his hair curse loudly and inform the man that she had used a 4 on the top, making his hair much shorter than he wanted. She then laughed about it and tried to play it off like it was no big deal "oh it's just one spot at least" and "it'll be just a bit shorter". The guy then told her to just go ahead and cut it all shorter, clearly unhappy about the situation. The woman continued to act like it was a regular occurrence that is nothing to make a deal of. When she started to realize that he wasn't nearly as nonchalant about it as he was, she then offered to "give him a discount on his cut." She didn't even offer the haircut to him for free after completely butchering his request and changing his entire style. Then she cursed again quite loudly. 

For $15 bucks (or even free) I'd suggest you just take a pair of scissors and cut away at your own hair before trusting these people with your do.
