Excellent club, fried shrimp and fried catfish was awesome. The nachos were very very tasty. Being sticks were perfect for kids!!
Whenever I was in town I always stopped here to get the roast beef poboy ... TODAY IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! Our gumbo was good so was the potato salad. The waitress looked high, the roast beef was horrible ..it was greasy and burnt ...no roast beef just grease and burnt they tried to explain to me that its the way it comes and is cooked on the grilled. I take photos of everything check me out on google I even tried to show them thats not how my sandwiches look. Then she says Im screaming across the restaurant. if you would have came to see what the problem was instead of trying to over talk me . i wouldnt be talking loud. ..On top of the that the bathroom was nasty ...we paid for the sides that went with the roast beef and drinks .I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN !!!
Fun dining experience. The food is excellent, the staff are personable and helpful. The food menu is unique and lot of tongue in cheek menu names. They also have a selection of unique soda fountain drinks. Parking, getting in and out are very easy, even if your pulling a small trailer. I really enjoyed myself and I'm looking forward to coming back with company.
Creole Taceauxs with blackened shrimp are so delicious! And the fries, unlike any I’ve had before, they are awesome! Friendly service too
The service was good and fast. The food didn't take long to be served. I got a Ragin Cajun Burger with Queso sauce, and a fried green tomato slice. Really good burger. Great seasoning, texture, and cooked just right. The sweet potato fries were good, but a little cold.
Delicious food! The shrimp on the shrimp poboy were big and juicy, and the batter had a good seasoning. The fried green tomatoes were even better, and they serve it with a pretty tasty homemade remoulade sauce. They're set up with a hybrid service where you order at the counter and grab your utensils and drinks at a station, but there are attentive servers running around that give you the specials and see if you need anything. The cooks seemed interested in how people were enjoying their food, which is always a good sign! It was an overall delicious and laid back experience, and in my opinion they have better quality and more variety than the Lamas that just opened on the northshore.
Great food! The shrimp tacos and mombo burger are to DIE FOR! Great people too. Rhonda waited on myself and the bossman and she was about the friendliness person I ever did meet. Come on in, y'all!
The staff is very friendly. The food was good. I had the fried shrimp poboy and was disappointed that they put some kind of cheese sauce on it. Also, the French bread was wet and soggy.
Love the food... Ma's Chicken salad is the bomb! Staff and owners are amazing!
The food here was absolutely amazing. Never have I had roast beef so good. The food was fresh. The server and the cooks were nice enough to make us coffee even though they don't normally offer it. The decor and ambiance is rustic and quaint. I had low expectations and was very pleasantly surprised.
