We have been buying from Dr. Gumbo for several years. Don’t know why I never thought to leave a review. Every product we have had has been excellent! Our favorites are Crawfish Julie sauce and their Shrimp Étouffée!! Great customer service and very friendly!!

Hello, I am a trucker. This place is not made for big ole trucks but these people will help you dock. There's no dock, really. You just line up with the concrete pad near their large warehouse door. They put you in the trailer, then give you a pallet jack. Then you roll the pallets to the nose of the trailer. They are super nice. I had fun there. Give them a call before you arrive.

Dr. Gumbo was a blast!  His foodie introduction to New Orleans was just what the doctor ordered.  He loves his food and he loves his city, and he helps you to love both as well.  Not only did he take us to several wonderful restaurants from fancy to street fare, but his knowledge and presentation of the city's history really helped us understand New Orleans complexity and diversity.  Building up layer upon layer, the many influences from France, Africa, Germany, England, Ireland and other places helped us to appreciate not just the food, but the culture and music as well.  What an amazing history this city has!  What a wonderful way to learn about that history while eating delicious food!  Dr. Gumbo seemed to know and be friendly with every proprietor, waitress, and bartender which made our tour very friendly and inviting as well.  Don't miss the "Dr. Gumbo" cocktail at the last stop.  Made special in his honor and with his consultation the drink sums up the whole tour:  creative, unique, unexpected, a blend of contrasts, and DELICIOUS!!

The red beans were AWESOME, definitely recommend. Can't wait to go back and try out some of their other sauces!!

We've enjoyed gumbo made with excellent ingredients. Large  packets have been gobbled with gusto at parties.

AMAZING local food that is frozen. Just heat and Serve...as good as any restaurant around.  They only take checks or cash.

I've ordered from Dr. Gumbo a number of times to bring to a family get together. Good service and good food.

Dr Gumbo does it right in party size quantities, or meals for 2.  Crawfish Julie is ridiculous.
