We decided to give this local seafood restaurant a try and I’m so glad we did! When you go in there is a small store where you can buy various Cajun dishes and meats, they also have their own seasonings and a few small knickknacks to take back with you. My husband and I ordered two bowls of the gumbo no oysters just shrimp and crab and it was rather delicious. We then shared the shrimp plate with fries while the kiddos had shrimp and chicken tenders. Everything was very scrumptious. The restrooms were very clean and they had fun decor all over to look at while waiting for your food. You order before you sit to get your drinks and such. The tables have cute little names for them instead of numbers. Handicap accessible parking and a ramp to get inside. I highly recommend checking it out if you are just passing or even a local! Thanks for the awesome, friendly service! Can’t wait to come back for one of those giant po’boys!!
The service is great, restaurant is very clean and the food was sooo good! My husband and I ordered the Seafood Platter to share and it was definitely more than enough. It came with fried shrimp, fish, oysters, hush puppies, alligator bites corn fritters, toast & fries. We topped it off with a warm serving of bread pudding.
Boiled crabs were full of meat & tasty. Bread pulling with sauce was wonderful. I highly recommend. Young men that severed me were very polite & friendly. I always enjoy shopping were the employees are friendly.
Their crawfish run out fast. The crawfish is juicy but not too spicey. Their po'boy is one of the best my hubby highly recommends the shrimp po'boy.
Excellent and quick service on top of delicious food! The alligator coins were amazing. Catfish platter was great too along with the boiled shrimp and crab.
My dad brought me and my family here to eat and it was pretty good. Ordering before seated was difficult as my dad can’t stand up long and needed to sit but they didn’t have a menu to look at besides the one on the wall which none of us could read from a distance
I been here several times and everything was good with food and service and friendly faces. But I went today with my son and daughter in law, who happens to be mixed and has. Black traits. The service was Horrible! The fish was bad and under cooked. The gumbo had no flavor or tasted like it was dumped out of a can. the potato salad was gross and the boudin egg rolls were burnt. The fries were all from the bottom of the bag and no seasonings on it. we never once got anyone to come back to our table to see if we needed anything or how the food was, not once! As we walked in and. Out we had looks from the staff and. Guest and it was disgusting. I hope one of y'all are not faced with a black nurse while you are on your death bed at the hospital. but till then I will make sure to spread the word that the people here have a problem with serving and judging others!
Great local Seafood Market and Restaurant with a laid back family atmosphere. Food is great and they serve nice size portions.
Still love the food there. Price was are very reasonable. They give you a very large portion. Staff is so friendly. They also sell fresh seafood. I encourage a visit to this restaurant.Food: 4/5
We were dining in what is a roast beef Poboy. They bring it to the table wrapped in paper, no plate nothing it was so wet. The bread was mushy and pretty disgusting. The roast beef taste gross too. The corn fritters are delicious
