We just checked out yesterday and spent two nights in a suite and we were thoroughly pleased with every aspect of our stay. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. The dining room breakfasts were delicious, as were the pizzas from the Skybar.  We had a reservation at the spa, as well, and again, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the hot stone massages were so relaxing. The roads were too icy to go anywhere, but we were perfectly happy spending our time at the hotel. We took the ghost tour and the guide was a very good story teller. We didn't find the ghost tour to be particularly spooky or creepy, however, I'm sure that has a lot to do with us being skeptics. I definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you to all the staff who made our anniversary very fun and special! We will definitely return for a visit.

CHARMING!  Great fun, you can take in a ghost tour, hit the spa, take in a swim, kick back, enjoy fine dining or rooftop restaurant pizza, read a mystery by the pool, explore the springs or go hiking.  You can do all of this without leaving the hotel property.  The shuttle from the hotel can bring more adventures in Eureka Springs, where you can sing Karaoke at a local bar with some Hells Angels, a retired couple, some hipster college students, and some LGBT newlyweds. You will find the most eclectic adventure in the Midwest when visiting the Crescent.  BTW-We stayed in a suite in the annex, it is haunted.

We stopped here to have dinner at the pizza bar and go on the ghost tour. Dinner was great and the servers were excellent. Live music was playing and very enjoyable but not loud or obnoxious. We also had a great time on the ghost tour. Maid Marian was fantastic and the history and stories were very interesting. Next time we'll stay there.

Paid mega money to stay here. Daughter got cold late at  night and when we asked the front desk clerk for an extra blanket, he told us "no, they've all been checked out". Upon talking to his manager, she told us they keep extra blankets up front just for that kind of thing. She told us he blatantly lied to us. The place is run down. Tacky room decor. The air conditioner was falling apart and extremely loud. All the hype made about this hotel is very much overrated. For the price I paid, we could have stayed at a fancy really nice hotel.

Hi There, 
I stayed there once in the winter with my husband and daughters, the ghost tour was so much fun! My daughters kept poking me on the tour then looking away really fast, what a fun trip. The room 218 wasn’t currently occupied, so me and my daughters got a “private” tour of the room. As the tour guide left the room to check on another guest, we heard a strange tapping noise on the the window. As we left the room, we heard soft cries of a man weeping. The food is delicious, and the rooms are very nice. I will definitely be going back there again. So check for another comment.
