After doing plenty of research I chose to stay here for a small family vacation . We had traveled for hours through storms and we're exhausted by the time we got to our room and I'll never forget my husband walking in, looking at me, and saying, "Really?" I laughed, it wasn't the typical place I'd choose. I told him to go to the patio outside and he'd see just one of the reasons I gave the place a try. It's an amazing view. The bed was amazingly comfy. The owners had made up a cot for our 2 year old that looked so comfy I wanted to sleep on it! After a great nights sleep my husband gave me 2 thumbs up for finding such a great place. I could go on and on. I'd gladly recommend it.

The rooms are very accommodating and clean. Picture postcard view of lake and wooded hills. Enjoyed swimming pool and playing horseshoes. Driving nearby saw deer, armadillos and fox. Can't wait to come back!

What a awesome place. Great people, service and rooms. The view alone is worth the stay. I could go on and on but if you're looking for a place to stay by the lake. You gotta check this out.

Everyone is correct, this place is clean and awesome. I had intended to skip the pool, but they had cool pool toys, which was completely unexpected. The management deserves an extra 🌟 for all of their efforts.

Owner is very friendly. We will definitely stay next time!! Rooms have sitting area and fire pits - great pool and the view is amazing!
