New to Nashville and needed to find a Honda dealer to continue my car needs. The people at Crest have been very helpful and knowledgeable. I was surprised at the increase of oil changes from Georgia to Tennessee ($40 more). Overall, I have no complaints.

You can never go wrong with a Honda but the experience I had purchasing my 2018 Accord Sport will be UNFORGETTABLE! It is my first (new) car and the process was so simple. Thanks to Al and Mike and Robert for being so hospitable and supportive through the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend the Crest Honda team! Thanks you guys for everything!

why will I never go back to Crest? Pure and simple, after buying a 2013 civic, (new) and purchasing a gap insurance policy, when I paid the car off 8 months early, they will not refund the balance as they stated they would when I purchased. I called first, they told me there was no problem to get a refund on the insurance, no mention from them of a $50.00 cancellation charge. So when I show up, the refund was 2.00 and some odd cents. Nothing they can do except offer me an oil change, since I never plan on buying anything from them again, I declined. So read that gap policy closely, kids, and remember that they are just the messenger, owned and operated by a corporation out of North Carolina, no local owner involved. Next step is calling the Honda Corporation who send me the title with the message if I had gap insurance, I could get a refund. No mention from them on a $50.00 cancellation fee either. Live and Learn is the lesson here.

I was told I would have an interest rate of 3.9% and that the financing dept. Would be with me to finalize the deal. Over an hour later, Steven finally gets to me. Hurries the paperwork, as I believed it was a write up of our verbal agreement. 5 days later, I finally get time to sit down and review the paperwork and I see that my interest rate was higher than what was discussed and agreed upon. Clearly, this is my fault for trusting what was told to me and not checking what I signed. Don't listen to what they say--- just double check the paperwork. I believe this has sadly been mentioned quiet a few times in other reviews. I've called the dealership non stop today. Left a voicemail with my salesman around 10am. He finally calls back at 3 telling me that he didn't have anything to do with the financing--- slightly confused there as he was the initial person to tell me that I would get a 3.9% rate. Was this a sales tactic? I strongly stated to him and another random finance guy that I would not purchase a vehicle over a 4.5% interest rate. He passed on my message to Finance. Steven finally calls me back around 4:30-- and I missed the call. I called the dealership back 4 times trying to get anyone to answer. On the last time, I finally got someone to answer so I leave a message at 5pm. I'm not sure why it's so difficult to get them on the phone. Then again, it took me over 2 hours just to get through financing. 1 hour and 45 minutes of that was just waiting. I'm starting to think they don't respect my time or money.....

Outstanding. Bought a new Pilot here. This is the first time I've ever bought a car, and didn't feel like someone was trying to take advantage of me every step of the way. Jeremy in particular was great to work with. I really like the way this place does business. Thanks!
