Beware of Glitz and Glam. Purchased a 2012 Mini Cooper on July 1st, 2017, with $120,000 miles on it. So, yes, we were concerned whether the car needed any repairs or maintenance. We were reassured by John that he had "fixed" the car and had spent approximately $1000 dollars to "fix" the car. Our 16year old daughter had just been rear ended and had her previous car totaled approximately 2 weeks prior. She was overjoyed about receiving the vehicle. Now it is approximately 40days after purchase and this "fixed" car is needing repairs to the tune of $6800.00. This whopping repair bill is due the wrong battery size and oil leak and a myriad of other issues that should have been disclosed and fixed prior to selling the vehicle. We felt not as welcome when we came to the dealership initially, as if they were "going through the motions", but nothing compares to the long winded and seemingly sexist and disrespectful tone that John has had with us via telephone as we have tried to resolve this. I told him that the mechanic said the car could have caught fire with our sixteen year old in it. He seemed more concerned about telling us about his stellar reputation then trying to resolve this situation with my husband and I. We have purchased many a car and have had some really grueling experiences, BUT we have NEVER been as disrespected and demeaned as we have with John. He was very condescending and finally hung up in our faces. Smiled in our face when we purchased the vehicle, but hangs up in your face when it is time to do the right thing. Great reputation?- Not with us!

So I bought a 2012 mustang GT/CS a couple a months ago and the head lights weren't working. So I contacted them and they said the would fix the problem so I go up there 3 different occasions keep in mind that it's about a 2 hour drive away so it was a huge hassle. On top of that after the third time they said it was fixed so I test drove it that night to see if they worked and they were barley putting out any light so I contacted Don and he said I would have to fix it myself if I wanted brighter bulbs. Then I took it to a shop and they said the bulbs weren't even installed right they were glued in to make them stay in and the assembly is all wrong. It's going to cost me a bit of money to get it fixed which I shouldn't have to pay since the lights never worked in the first place.

I recently purchased a five year old BMW from Josh at Rockstar. This was my first experience with them and I have to say that I am very well pleased with the car and the overall buying experience. The primary reason I chose Rockstar was due to their selection. They even have a good number of high profile luxury vehicles and even though I wasn’t in the market for one of those, I could tell Josh and Rockstar valued me as a customer regardless. I chose to take advantage of their financing options and Bryan was very easy to work with. He helped us secure a loan with very competitive terms. The buying experience with Josh was relaxed & non-pressured and I felt he was completely honest with me from beginning to end. The car was exactly as presented on their website with no surprises and I was glad for that because we drove 100 miles to shop there. They were not flexible in price but I was okay with it because I felt the car was already reasonable priced so I feel like I got a fair deal. I would absolutely recommend Rockstar and will certainly consider them for my future vehicle purchases.

I myself will never step foot in this dealership ever again. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because Josh is a solid car dealer and person overall. i have bought 3 cars from Josh, one of those 3 had some problems but he stuck to his word and took the car back and made another deal with us which led to my wife's car she has now. Unfortunately I did not have the pleasure of buying my truck from Josh. I'm lucky enough to be stuck with a 20k+ car note of a truck that I have had for about 8 months now that needs a whole new engine. A $7200 engine to be exact. I will not be recommending this place to any of my friends or family ever again. I should have read the reviews before going back, I see a lot of other people have had the same problem or close to it as I am. The only way any of my friends and family are ever going back there is to talk to Josh and Josh only. It's absolutely ridiculous the situation they put me in. Like I said if you are going to go against the reviews and still go here I would go straight to Josh otherwise go to an actual dealership.
