I purchased my new Maxima Platinum from Action last year and thought it best to maintain service records at the dealership in the event of warranty issues. There is another dealership much closer to home and I work within a mile of the Nissan headquarters and dealership in Cool Springs. I seriously though about moving my service following the failure by Service Department to return multiple voice mail messages. It was then that I met Ashley Myers. She is the reason that I continue to have my service completed at this dealership. Amazing service! She goes above and beyond to develop a relationship and truly care about her customers. In addition, she realizes how valuable my time is and works to get me in and out quickly when I need to wait. Kudos to Ashley!

The Sales staff was excellent! Jason the sales manager worked with us, then turned us over to one of your experience sales associates (Chris). We found that the pricing at Action Nissan was very competitive, and the dealership used all discounts that we qualified for. The Action Nissan Team has been great to follow up with us to make sure we are enjoying our new Frontier. We have been telling friends about the Action Nissan Team hoping to pay it forward. I get my Nissan serviced here and I have always had great service. Angie and Ashley were great yesterday. Positive attitude and answered every question. Last but not least, the shuttle van driver, Mr. Calvin. Always great conversation with him on my rides. I hope these employees are being compensated for their great work because they are definitely giving 100% to the customers.

I came in on a snowy day and left very happy due to Denis! He showed me so much patience and kindness during my whole experience and made sure all of my needs were met. He made me feel comfortable in making my “big girl” purchase lol. I had read reviews about wonderful experiences at Action Nissan but to actually experience it for myself was beyond what I imagined. The whole staff as well congratulated me on my new purchase and Amanda in finance has the cutest dog that could make your heart melt. I definitely have recommended Action Nissan to all my friends.

I had a wonderful experience working with Tim Campbell. He was very patient with me and a pleasure to work with in the car buying experience. I also am very thankful to the rest of the sales team who helped me with the purchase of another vehicle that I love from Action Nissan. I will continue to come back any time I need to purchase a vehicle and cannot say enough great things about the employees. Thanks everyone!
